To enroll your child, please call our Academy office at (317) 555-KIDS or email love@charitychildcare.com. We'll schedule a tour of our facility and discuss your child's needs. We prioritize working families who receive CCDF vouchers and residents of the Haughville community. Our enrollment team will guide you through the application process and help with any required documentation.
Our Early Academy is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on weekends and major holidays.
Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for enrollment questions, donations, and general inquiries.
We welcome volunteers in many areas! You can help with our community programs, special events, the Children's Clothing Closet, or administrative tasks. All volunteers must complete a background check and brief orientation.
Contact our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@charitycares.org or call (317) 637-7214 to learn about current opportunities and get started.
We accept financial donations, new and gently used children's clothing, educational toys, books, and school supplies. For our Children's Clothing Closet, we especially need seasonal clothing in all sizes.
Donations can be dropped off during business hours. For large donations or pickup requests, please call ahead at (317) CHARITY.
Yes, we are a Christian organization, and our Early Academy incorporates faith-based values and teachings. However, we welcome families from all backgrounds and respect different beliefs.
The Bridge Indy is our affiliated church, but participation in church activities is not required for Academy enrollment or community program participation.
We frequently have openings for early childhood teachers, assistant teachers, and support staff. Requirements vary by position, but we value candidates who share our mission and love working with children and families.
